For listed packages, the remaining balance is normally settled during check-in unless your final proposal states otherwise. USD guide prices are indicative and may be converted to IDR using the daily exchange rate.
Because retreat plans combine rooms, activities, guides, transport, and third-party providers, cancellation terms must match the confirmed proposal rather than a generic package rule.
Your inquiry can be adjusted freely while the team is still checking dates, room options, and activity availability.
Any change or cancellation follows the terms included in your written confirmation, including room/provider commitments and bank or gateway fees where applicable.
Late changes may be limited when accommodation, guides, boat transfers, or activity providers have already been reserved for your stay.
Final cancellation, refund, and change terms must be reviewed in the written proposal before deposit payment.
Early check-in or late check-out depends on room availability and should be requested before arrival.
Isla Indah is a small island retreat. Guests are asked to respect quiet hours, local residents, staff, shared spaces, and future guests.
Surfing, snorkeling, and boat excursions depend on weather and ocean conditions. Safety is our primary concern. If an activity is cancelled by guides because conditions are unsafe, we will offer a reschedule or clarify the available refund option.
Airport transfers and island transport arranged through the retreat are subject to third-party availability. We recommend booking transfers at least 48 hours in advance. Missed transfers caused by delayed flights without prior notification may still be charged by the provider.
